UCM Salesforce Integration with SharePoint

Currently, different divisions uses various systems to collaborate and publish documents which brings perpetual issues when it comes to sharing, controlling versions, searching and employing best practice around routine production of documents.

The Business Intelligence team investigated the feasibility, analyse requirements and provide a business and technical solution. This entails using a ‘technology agnostic’ approach to an end to end Collaboration tool and Document Management System. The analysis will explore existing file stores and processes within various system and libraries, such as: SalesForce.Com, SANT (Hosted) and OfferMaker.
